Christopher A. Mannino is President and CEO of CAM Hospitality Advisors, LLC and CAM Hospitality Management, LLC. Mr. Mannino provides advisory services to hotel portfolio ownership groups, REITS and investors as well as overseeing the hotel management division. Along with his asset management and consulting work, in conjunction with investment groups such as AREA Property Partners of New York, Chris has specialized in the turnaround of hotel assets in many mid-tier brands in all markets.
Mr. Mannino is a 30+ year hospitality professional, his career experience spanning many demographic markets and having increasing financial and operational oversight of multiple properties. Key accomplishments in positions ranging from General Manager to Managing Director to Vice President of Operations include participating, organizing and/or directing the successful opening of more than 20+ new-build and 20+ acquisition hotels. In his corporate role with IHR Chris developed, standardized, and implemented key programs/procedures (1997 – 2003) such as the General Manager’s orientation program, Regional Directors Standardized Property Visit Format, Company Wide Asset Protection Program, Owners Review Format, Property Acquisition Format, Standardized monthly P&L review format for 65 properties as well as the development of the “Balanced Hotel Scorecard”.
Prior to the formation of CAM Hospitality Advisors, LLC, Chris’s most recent experience was two years of Asset Management and Consulting services for the AREA Property Partners group as the owner’s exclusive representative with responsibility for multiple hotel assets nationwide, having a variety of complex third party and brand management configurations. These two years of experience as asset manager for the hotel investment portfolio gave Chris a solid foundation for the ownership proposition including working with hotel servicers, lenders, partners and affiliates.
As the President and CEO of CAM Hospitality Advisors, Chris continues a tradition of specializing in the development and enhancement of performance in branded and independent properties in all markets. Chris Mannino has established himself as a keen analyst uniquely qualified to assist clients in maximizing the value of, and their return on, hotel investments. He is well respected equally by ownership and management groups. Contributing to this well deserved perception of the business acumen that he and his company CAM Advisors can deliver, are numerous recognitions and awards received for hotel performance from the major Brands and IHC/CHC, a stellar turnaround of the New York Roosevelt Hotel’s operating margins in 1999-2000, experience in directing Grand Opening Events for over 20 hotels in major markets, developing and organizing annual corporate events for over $1 million in Food and Beverage revenue [Cincinnati, OH Marriott].
Chris began his hospitality career with Winegardner and Hammonds Hospitality group for 6 years and then joined Interstate Hotels where he rose to the position of V.P. of Operations with oversight of 65+ hotels. Chris spent many years (1978-2002) building this well renowned Third party Management company from 3 hotels to a peak of more than 200 hotel current hotels.

Douglas Peckham, VP of Asset Management, CAM Hospitality Advisors, LLC
Douglas Peckham is a well-respected hospitality professional and analyst based in the Chicago Metro area. As Vice President of Asset Management for CAM Hospitality Advisors, LLC, Mr. Peckham’s primary role is in providing analysis, information and guidance to hotel owners and investors to ensure desired outcomes. Doug has many years of experience in all aspects of Hotel Management – much of it in acquisitions, new build and the turnaround of high-profile properties. These successful ventures have familiarized Mr. Peckham with primary and secondary markets throughout the United States such as Boston, MA; New York/Long Island; Philadelphia, PA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Tampa, FL; Chicago, IL, etc. Projects covered hotels from the mid-scale segment to upscale corporate properties to high-end resorts. Building upon a strong and varied experience from 1980 until 1999 with Interstate Hotels Corporation, prior to joining CAM Hospitality Advisors, Doug’s experience had taken him to the Chicago market where he very successfully applied expertise in turning around under-performing properties in several ventures with well established third party hotel management groups.
